Every metal detectorist dreams of finding their own treasure map. For me, the real treasure is the land itself. My lifelong dream has been to secure five or more acres of raw property, buy a heavy-duty tractor, and get to work transforming it.

The Ultimate Restoration Project

The first phase is clearing the property. That initial work—removing brush and establishing boundaries—is where the real magic begins. After that, the land is ready for the “twist”: I want to plant several food plots for deer and other wildlife to enjoy.

The final vision includes a small pond (perfect for the dogs after a long day of hunting!) and a proper off-road track to ride the motorcycle or golf cart. This isn’t just property management; it’s habitat creation, blending my passions for nature and mechanics all in one place.
